I created The Well to help people return to themselves — to reclaim their power, reconnect with their bodies, and build lives that feel aligned from the inside out.

My coaching practice grew from years of navigating my own healing, studying wellness, and refining the tools that supported lasting, embodied change. I know what it feels like to be lost, burnt out, and quietly aware that life could hold something more. When conventional therapeutic paths were not enough, I had to forge a different way forward through uncertainty and pain.

Today, with over a decade of experience guiding others through movement, mindfulness, and reflective practice, and as a certified yoga instructor and meditation teacher currently completing training toward my NBHWC (National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching) certification, my work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience.

The support I offer is shaped by years of teaching yoga, meditation and martial arts, mentoring young adults in a therapeutic wellness program in Costa Rica, and navigating my own recovery from trauma and addiction. Together, these experiences inform a grounded, nervous-system-aware approach that helps clients feel steadier, shift long-held patterns, and move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

Everything I offer is rooted in lived experience and a deep commitment to meaningful transformation. Because within each of us, there is a well of resilience, strength, and profound inner knowing.

My role is not to fix you, but to walk beside you as you remember that everything you need has been within you all along.
